Ghost Train: Sunday 2nd November 2014
Join us on our Halloween themed train for a frighteningly scenic day from all stations on the Penistone line to Appleby and Carlisle along the famous Settle to Carlisle route.
The return journey includes a stop at Settle
Departs from Barnsley at 8:20 am

Joint Public Meeting:
We will be holding a Joint Public Meeting with the Huddersfield Penistone Sheffield Rail Users Association on Saturday 8th November at Silkstone Common Methodist Church Hall. The speaker will be Julie Hurley, the interim Director of SYPTE. Refreshments will be served.
Penistone Line Partnership Award: The Penistone Line Partnership are pleased to have been awarded a Third Place certificate at the National Community Rail Awards for the Penistone Puzzle Project in the Innovation Category. We would like to thank and offer our congratulations to Jessie Kopka who worked so hard on the project.
